The lamp glass has the shape of a Fresnel lens, ensuring that the emitted light is particularly soft, deep, and diffuse. The highly protective, lacquered aluminum housing makes the lamp suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, and particularly appropriate for damp environments. Joe Colombo designed the Fresnel lamp to be as unobtrusive as possible – a timeless and functional object that fits comfortably in any setting.
